Customer agrees to our Shipping Policy.
Customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address at the time of placing an order.
Customer agrees not to hold Wild Ritual responsible in the case of a lost or damaged parcel by the Post (Canada Post, USPS, Chit Chats, UPS).
Wild Ritual will not be held responsible if the tracking number indicates the shipment was marked as “delivered” by the Post (Canada Post, USPS, Chit Chats, UPS).
You as the customer are responsible for filing an insurance claim for a refund through the Post (Canada Post, USPS, Chit Chats, UPS).
Customer agrees not to hold Wild Ritual responsible for any fees that incur for Domestic or International shipments.
You as the customer hold responsibility over your own actions. Purchasing from Wild Ritual is an exercise of this responsibility.
Wild Ritual assumes no responsibility for the improper use of these items. Your purchase from www.wildritual.ca waives, without exception, your right to hold Wild Ritual liable in any way for the misuse of our items.
You are agreeing to indemnify and hold Wild Ritual harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, penalties, fines, costs and/or expenses arising from, or relating, to any injury, illness, or harm caused by the use of our items.

All customers, Domestic and International, agree that you are solely responsible for following your own Province's/State's/Country’s regulations regarding the items you purchase.
